Our stay at Fairmont Mayakoba was quite enjoyable, thanks to its beautiful surroundings and stunning beach. The service was top-notch, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. However, we experienced a few disappointments with room odors and some noise disturbances from events nearby. Overall, the amenities and dining options were excellent, but the cold pool temperatures hindered our enjoyment a bit.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with an incredible beach experience and exceptional service from the staff. The accommodations were clean and spacious, making it feel like home. The dining options were delicious, though some meals felt repetitive over time. The resort itself is expansive and beautifully maintained, but the sargassum on the beach can be a bit overwhelming at times.
Our family trip to the Fairmont Mayakoba was absolutely wonderful! With stunning views and ample space, the resort provided a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved that the property felt private and spacious. While service overall was impressive, we did experience some inconsistency with food quality and waiting times. The amenities were great, but a little more variety in the dining options would have been nice.
We have just returned from an incredible family vacation at the Fairmont Mayakoba. The service we received was exceptional, especially from our butler Daniel, who made our stay extra special. The beachfront casita was stunning and provided a great amount of space for our family. However, the kids club left much to be desired, which was a significant downside as our kids found it boring. Overall, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, making for a memorable holiday experience.
My stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba was simply spectacular! The combination of beautiful scenery, luxurious amenities, and attentive service made for an unforgettable experience. However, there were a couple of small drawbacks, like the construction noise and one disappointing dining experience. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly resort that I can't wait to return to!
